OVERVIEW

This group (or membership group) is operated by The Infernal Circle LLC.

By joining our book club, at times referred to as "Academia Diaboli" or "occult society," you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These
Terms apply to all members of Academia Diaboli.

Please read these Terms and Conditions before joining our membership program. By joining our membership program, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not join
our membership program.

COST

The cost of joining Academia Diaboli can be found on our website. From time to time, The Infernal Circle may need to increase the cost of membership, and has the
ability to do so at its discretion. Membership is conditioned on payment.

BENEFITS

As part of joining Academia Diaboli, the primary benefit you will receive is membership in the congregation itself. Future benefits may include member-only items and store discounts.

LIMITATION OF BENEFITS

By purchasing a membership to The Infernal Circle's membership program, you understand that any expected benefits or perks are subject to alteration, being paused, or completely stopped altogether by the discretion of The Infernal Circle.

RULES OF CONDUCT

By enrolling as a member of The Infernal Circle's membership program, you agree to conduct yourself in an honorable, decent fashion that corresponds with the values and the five Infernal Tenets of The Infernal Circle, and that deviation or perceived deviation from the values of The Infernal Circle will be grounds for expulsion from Academia Diaboli.

TERMINATION OF MEMBERSHIP

The Infernal Circle's right to terminate memberships at any time, and for any reason that we deem worthy of termination.

EXLUDED PARTIES

The Infernal Circle refuses to accept the membership applications of violent offenders, sex offenders, and extremists. Membership is suggested only for practicing occultists and those whose values align with the values of The Infernal Circle. Any party later discovered to have enrolled despite not meeting the above criteria will not only have their membership revoked without refund, but they will be banned from interacting with or purchasing from any of our stores, websites, and/or platforms.

CRITERIA OF ACCEPTANCE

By enrolling as a member of The Infernal Circle's membership program, you agree that you are 18+ of age, and that you have read and agreed to both the terms & conditions and terms of membership. Additionally, by enrolling as a member of The Infernal Circle's membership program, you are entering into an agreement that you do not meet the exclusion criteria of being underage, a sex offender, violent offender, or extremist.

MEMBERSHIP RIGHTS

By enrolling as a member of The Infernal Circle's membership program, you are not afforded the right to act officially on behalf of The Infernal Circle and/or its owners. Enrolling as a member of Academia Diaboli does not offer you any legal, business, financial, or authoritative control, stake, influence, or power in The Infernal Circle itself; membership enrollment is purely to show support for our for-profit organization and the books published by The Infernal Circle and/or Reverend Cain.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The Infernal Circle and its founding members refuse all liability for the misconducts of any persons or groups that claim affiliation with The Infernal Circle.

In no case shall The Infernal Circle, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, service providers or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from your participation in our
membership program.

CHANGE OF TERMINOLOGY

At any time, The Infernal Circle may decided or be compelled to change the language with which it describes both The Infernal Circle and its membership program.


ENTITY STRUCTURE

By enrolling as a member of The Infernal Circle's membership program, you understand that The Infernal Circle is a for-profit business, and that The Infernal Circle is not a tax-exempt organization, nonprofit, church, or 501(c)(3) entity.

DISSOLUTION

If at any point The Infernal Circle should choose or be compelled to partially or fully dissolve either the membership program or the business itself, we are not liable to refund any costs or fulfill the benefits that come with membership enrollment.

PERSONAL INFORMATION

Your submission of personal information through the membership in our membership program is governed by our Privacy Policy.

CHANGES TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS

You can review the most current version of the Membership Terms and Conditions at any time at this page. 

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions by posting updates and changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes. Your continued membership in our membership program following the posting of any changes to these Terms of Service constitutes acceptance of those changes.
