We may disclose personal information if it is clearly
stated at the moment we ask for the information that we will do so, such as when registering for contests, promotions, blog updates, newsletters, or future

We may disclose user statistics to describe our audience to
prospective partners, advertisers, and other third parties, and for other lawful purposes. These statistics are always anonymous and never related back to specific users. For example, we may disclose that 20% of what we sell is antique and vintage glassware, but we would not release a list of email addresses for this group (or any other).

Partners of the Site, such as Shopify, PayPal, social media
sites accessible through our online site, have their own, separate privacy and data collection practices independent of the Site, and we have no
responsibility or liability in connection with these.

When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.


We may update this privacy policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons.


The Site is not intended for individuals under the age of 18
years of age and requires all registered users to be a least 18 years of age.  Minors under 18 years of age and at least 13 years of age are permitted to order from the Site, only if they have the appropriate permission
and direct supervisor by the owner of the account.  The owner of the account is responsible for any and all account activity conducted by a minor on
your account.
